Dissanayake Mudiyanselage Chamila Kumari Dissanayake, the mother who stopped the complaint,said that her youngster was utilized for a race notice supporting President Mahinda Rajapaksa.
She included that the spouse took her tyke on December 26 and she saw her from there on December 30 on TV.
"The Mother charged that the youngster has been subjected to mental and physical damage", Lawyer Saliya Pieris who speaks to the mother told media yesterday.
"Police appeared for court that in the wake of directing examinations that the father of the youngster has stole the kid without the assent of the mother and the grandma who are the watchmen of the tyke", he included.
On the feature cut, the tyke says that his mother is consistently held prisoner by Common Candidate Maithripala Sirisena and he argues the Common Candidate to discharge his mother.
The Colombo Magistrate requested the police to research into the episode and capture the father of the youngster.
